Grape variety: 100 % white Seyval
Description: Pretty pale straw colour. Bouquet of fruits such
as green apple, pear, a touch of banana, boxwood, and minerals
reminiscent of the Sauvignon. At first it is mostly quenching
with lots of fruity flavours and a nice freshness. Then the lingering
fruit flavours last nicely. It possesses a nice acidity, followed
by mellowness and, most of all, the wine is well balanced.

Serving temperature: 10 to 14°C
Recommended storage: 2 years from year of vintage
First year of vintage: 1985
Serving suggestions: Shellfish, fish, white meat, and mild cheeses.
Ideal with lobster and oysters.
