Wine vinegar

Its deep purple colour, almost black, and its near total opacity make this a unique and authentic product. Our secret? Aging in oak and letting nature work its magic… Our vinegar is not filtered and non-pasteurized in order to protect all its aromas, so in time it develops some sediment which is proof of its authenticity.

Ingredients: Red wine vinegar (5% acetic acid)

Grape varieties: Maréchal Foch, Seyval Noir, De Chaunac

Storage: Keep in a cool place, at low humidity. Close tightly after using.

Shelf-life after opening: 12 months

Suggested uses:
Vinaigrettes: On young leaves.
Marinades for red meat: Favour it over red wine as it will tenderize meats much faster.
Emulsion sauces: Use it to deglaze a pan of veal liver or red meat to start your sauce.
