product. Our secret? Aging in oak and letting nature work its
magic… Our vinegar is not filtered and non-pasteurized
in order to protect all its aromas, so in time it develops
some sediment which is proof of its authenticity.
Ingredients: Red wine vinegar (5% acetic acid)
Grape varieties: Maréchal Foch, Seyval Noir, De Chaunac
Storage: Keep in a cool place, at low humidity. Close tightly
after using.
