Production method: The winemaker chooses
the most golden grapes of his vineyard and blends their juice
with brandy. Then starts a long process of maturing through
a cycle of rigorous winter cold, spring mildness, and summer
heat. Aged in Dame Jeanne for 24 seasons, it slowly develops
a complex and unique bouquet. After six years we lost a third
of the wine evaporate, which is what is called the Part des
Anges (angels’ share)
Description: Complex and mysterious aromas leave any taster
dreaming. The European walnut dominates, then leaves way
to roasting aromas (coffee, roasted bread) and others like
butter, honey, and caramel, which all contribute to make
the tasting of this product an unforgettable experience.

Serving temperature: 7 to 10°C
Recommended storage: Product can be kept for
several years. Keep refrigerated after opening.
Serving suggestions: Goes well with fine charcuterie, pastries
and strong cheese
