Grape variety: 100% white Seyval
Production method: The winemaker chooses the most golden grapes of his vineyard and blends their juice with brandy. Then starts a long process of maturing through a cycle of rigorous winter cold, spring mildness, and summer heat. Aged in Dame Jeanne for 24 seasons, it slowly develops a complex and unique bouquet. After six years we lost a third of the wine evaporate, which is what is called the Part des Anges (angels’ share)

Description: Complex and mysterious aromas leave any taster dreaming. The European walnut dominates, then leaves way to roasting aromas (coffee, roasted bread) and others like butter, honey, and caramel, which all contribute to make the tasting of this product an unforgettable experience.
