Production method: This wine is produced from selected grapes and fermented in French oak casks from Maison Radoux. During its elaboration (which lasts 12 months) the wine is cudgeled for four months to allow the fine lees to stay in suspension and give the wine fullness.
Description: Brightly golden-colored with a nose of moss, underwood, and green olives. Aromas of vanilla and quince paste with a blond tobacco finale.
Percentage of alcohol/volume: 11 % alc./vol. /750 ml
Serving temperature: 14 to 15 °C (do not serve too cold)
Recommended storage: 3 to 4 years
