Grape must is the freshly
pressed grape juice before it starts fermenting. As for Maréchal
Foch, it is a red grape variety that is adapted to our colder
climate which presents hints of black small fruits. This half-sweet
red-coloured mustard tickles the palate as well as the imagination.
