Mustard Maréchal Foch must

Grape must is the freshly pressed grape juice before it starts fermenting. As for Maréchal Foch, it is a red grape variety that is adapted to our colder climate which presents hints of black small fruits. This half-sweet red-coloured mustard tickles the palate as well as the imagination.

Ingredients: Water, mustard seeds, red wine vinegar 2004, grape must, cranberries, raw sugar, fleur de sel.

Storage: Refrigerate after opening

Shelf-life after opening: 3 months

Suggested uses:
Grilled meats: Marinate or baste grilled pork.
Vinaigrettes: Use with our 2004 vinegar to create a vinaigrette presenting hints of blackberries and black currants.
Roasts: Ideal to baste a Lac Brome duck leg baked in l’Orpailleur red wine, of course!
