Ageing method: Fermented and aged in oak casks for three
to four months.
Description: Straw-coloured with silver streaks. Intense
bouquet with notes of fruits and vanilla, along with a slight
woodiness also present in the mouthfeel. Round wine, very
supple and well balanced. Nice length.
Percentage of alcohol/format: 11.5% alc./vol. / 750ml
Serving temperature: 10 to 14°C
Recommended storage: 2 years from year of vintage
