Grape variety: 100 % white Seyval

Production method: Selected juice from well ripened Seyval grapes. Must clarification by decanting (as in a fermentation off skins). Fortified with alcohol and matured in reservoirs without fill-ups for several months.

Description: Amber-coloured mistelle. Light and lengthy aftertaste, aromas of toasted bread and dried fruits (prunes).

Percentage of alcohol/format: 17% alc./vol. 500ml

Serving temperature: 8 to 10°C

Recommended storage: Can be stored for several years. Keep refrigerated after opening.

First year of vintage: 1987

Serving suggestions: With foie gras, pâtés, and desserts. Ideal as an aperitif, with goat cheese or blue cheese.
