		Our oenologist: Marc Grau Marc was born in the south of France and lived in St-Laurent d’Aigouze, in the GARD. He came to Québec in 1991 when he started working at the Orpailleur. He received a higher technician’s license in the production and marketing of wine and spirits (BTS ECVS) from Montpellier in 1987. After a three-year getaway in France where he worked at Château de Lascaux in Pic St-Loup, he rejoined the team in February 2005.
